Antioxidant Activity Testing Combination of Moringa Leaf (Moringa oleifera L.) and Bambian (Ocimum sanctum L.) Leaves Extract Using DPPH Method

Research on the antioxidant activity combination of ethanol extract Moringa (Moringa oleifera L.) and basil (Ocimim sanctum leaves has been carried out. The purpose this study was to identify content secondary metabolites measure value as well maximum ratio leaves. research methods include maceration extraction using 70% a solvent, phytochemical screening specific reagents testing DPPH method. results test for leaf were positive containing chemical compounds flavonoid tannin groups. obtained IC50 69.474 ppm which categorized strong antioxidant, while 34.663 very combined at 25:25 mg is 51.589 35:15 57.009 15:35 optimum because result 42.714 strong.
